WHO WE ARE
Discovering Leadership offers a refreshing new look at developing leaders, teams and individuals.
Our primary objective is to release the potential of our clients to meet the challenges ahead, to enable people to “do it for themselves”, while we maintain a light touch relationship – there to help when needed.
We strive to be a cost neutral resource and we work with you to identify appropriate indicators of this.
Coaching is at the heart of all we do. Our coaching approach includes direct coaching of our clients’ people, to help them to develop their skills and competencies, and support to develop
